Super buggy app with even worse customer service. Rented a vehicle (which looked like it had been in multiple accidents), the vehicle wouldn't start, tried to call customer service and road side service for 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone. Tried to end the reservation and rent a different vehicle, but because the vehicle won't turn on, the reservation won't start, so I can't even cancel it through the app. Who designed this @&?! thing?

Absolutely terrible service. Ruined my plans when their system decided to cancel the rented car little after starting. They offered no solutions and kept the full amount of the rental; and even after calling several times, I'm still to see my money back. DO NOT USE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND RUIN YOUR PLANS. Even walking for a week would be a better option than renting through this app.

I didn't have any issues with the app itself, but, the car condition was horrible, it had several big scratches, holes, the back side of the vehicle was moving with the wind and seemed was gonna fly away. In the middle of the trip it wouldn't start and had some warning on the screen which customer service didn't know what it was. By the way, even the full insurance doesn't include big damages such as glass, underneath, robbery etc etc which makes it very dangerous to rent this service
